Ali Ghavami
Co-Owner & Head Coach
Founded Kaeos in 2006. A cancer survivor who turned his own recovery into a calling, Ali has trained celebrities, NFL and NBA athletes, and everyday clients alike — and brought Oxefit to the studio in 2022.
Gene Dos Santos
Co-Owner & Coach
Co-founder with a background in Exercise Physiology and a Men's Physique competitor. Has worked with Swizz Beatz, Fabolous, Q-Tip, and DMX, and is known for personalized programming that gets results.

How often should I train?+
It depends on your goals and schedule, but most clients see real progress at two to three sessions a week. Your trainer builds a plan that fits your life and keeps you moving forward.
Will personal training help me lose weight?+
Yes. Your trainer designs workouts and offers nutrition guidance built around your goals, tracks your progress, and adjusts the plan so you keep losing the right way.
Do I need any experience to start?+
None at all. Whether you're brand new or coming back after years off, your trainer meets you where you are, coaches proper technique, and progresses you safely from there.
What's the difference between one-on-one and semi-private?+
One-on-one sessions are booked ahead with our full attention and a firmer cancellation policy. Semi-private lets you train on a flexible schedule, often alongside other clients — motivating, social, and easy to fit in.
